What is this exactly?

Somatic Sexual Learning Accompaniment or also called Sexological Bodywork in English-speaking countries is like sex education, only without lessons in the sense of 'I'll enlighten you'. But with a touch, with 'hands on, hands in' option.

It is a method to accompany people to have new experiences with their body, their sensations and their sexuality. Compared to traditional sex coaching, Sexological Bodywork can also include full-body and, above all, genital touching, or touching of sexuality-related body areas. Because learning is promoted through embodied experience.

About Sexological Bodywork

Possible topicsBody & sexuality changes through:

systemic and societal circumstances, challenges, becoming disabled contraceptive cycle, PMS, menopause transition from trans* human altered sexual orientation and gender. Identity (e.g. coming out, questioning, TIN*) pre- & post-partum abortion, miscarriage, departures relationship, intimate partner* becoming a parent* or caregiver for a child, family constellationsSTI sexual preferences (toys, kinks)chronic, (psycho) somatic diseases

You are not alone with your issues

Many people contact me with:

Pain during sex*vaginismus, vulvodynia, dyspareuniaporn, masturbation "addiction" non-communication of needs & limits body, fat, thin shaming shame about one's own sexual preferences, fantasies high sensitivity early, delayed ejaculation & squirting late or no "1. Mal"post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)*inorgasmianumbnesspenis(-like) or vulva(-like) - geni(t)al phobiasbody, geni(t)al smell disgust

*Sidenote on the power of language

For me, sex does not necessarily mean the penetration of a penis-like genital into a vulva-like genital, or the encircling of the penis-like genital through the vulva-like genital, but can include a whole range of practices and arousal states of sexuality-related parts of the body, as well Solo and partner sex

Pathologizing attributions of "diseases" or diagnoses are very far from my mind; I still use some here, because I'm still learning about (re)naming options myself
